When you define your seasons it is very important to remember to account for every day of the year in your season definitions – even if you don’t rent units every day of the year. This is because if someone visits your site to look for availability on a day that is not defined in your seasons then your units will not be available to search.
In order to define dates where you will not be renting your units you will need to go to the Booking Rules section and block off those dates.
Okay, now we’re going to define our seasons.
So we’re on the season’s page and you can get there also just from the sidebar by going accommodation seasons I got here from the dashboard.
The important thing about seasons is that you define that every day of the year is included in one of your seasons.
And the reason for that is if somebody goes and looks for a listing, if somebody is visiting Booking PEI
Let’s say in December and you haven’t included December in one of your seasons.
Then even even though they’re looking for something in June you they may not see your listing show up because they’re looking in December when you don’t have a season set up.
So I know that sounds strange that that’s how the system works, but there is a way to deal with the fact that you don’t want to be renting units in December.
That’s fine. It’s it’s all built right in.
So the point is set up your seasons, make sure that every day of the year is covered.
By a season. Okay, so for example let’s go,
I’ve set up high season, spring fall in all days here,
keep the ones you want, Get rid of the ones you don’t want.
So let’s go into high season.
Alright. And it’s pretty simple. There’s just a start date and end date and what days does it apply to?
So hold control or command a to select multiples if I hold down control and I click like this, I’m unclicking, I’m de-selecting days.
Of course I want all the day’s most likely want all the days to, to show up. So that’s it. It’s just a start date,
end date and applied for days.
I’m going to go back to season because I’m not saving any of those changes I made.

it’s up here in the upper left hand corner.
But that’s it. Just define your seasons.
